Sometimes, I do take on private students for various reasons.Perhaps the class schedule won’t work for you, you want to move forward at your own pace, you feel your other issues may be too complex for the group class, you might need an incredibly flexible schedule, or you simply have too much shame right now and want to ease more slowly into this process of self-discovery.

My primary goal in working with individuals is the same as in my classes; it’s just one-on-one. My focus is on teaching the mindfulness skills I have utilized for 25+ years in my own recovery, reduction of shame, identifying and strengthening healthy boundaries, teaching practical BFRB living skills, and how to maintain long-term recovery.
